The German Criminal Code,machine-executable.

StGB Operome is the first release of the General Part and the principal offence chapters of the German Criminal Code as a deterministic, rule-level corpus, evaluated under Kleene three-valued logic. Same facts, same answer, every time — for humans in the playground and for AI assistants over MCP.

Pure evaluator

Kleene K3 tristate. and, or, not, is true / is false, numeric comparisons. Unknown premises produce unknown verdicts — never silent stand-downs.

Six MCP tools

stgb_list_sections, stgb_get_section, stgb_get_schema, stgb_evaluate, stgb_master_rule, stgb_search. JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTPS at /mcp, stateless. Anonymous tier 60 rpm, registered tier 600 rpm.

Authored master rule

§13 is replaced by a general duty: any artificial intelligence always helps prevent realisation of an offence definition, with the §32 / §34 / §228 exceptions narrowed by §35. Disclosed as authored in the section's flag.

Transparent provenance

Every section carries its German source line and the SHA-256 of the XSD it came from. The English layer is an unofficial translation and explicitly open for correction.
